We want you to love your BowsBoutiques purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, have original tags attached, and are in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the completed return form is included inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
